Amazing app that serves as eyes for the blind!

A amazing new app called NavCog is serving as eyes for the blind. This app is truly brilliant, by using headphones or small bluetooth earpiece, the app can navigate the blind anywhere, even the slightest turns or steps, NavCog will tell you where to go. This app was created by students at Carnegie Mellon and researchers at IBM have formulated and created this app.The Blind can even tell how someone is feeling, the app scan their face and if the app recognizes a person, it will say their name and if they look happy or sad. This app can even tell the blind what foods they are holding up to the phone camera. If you had a bag of potato chips in your hand, the app would tell you that they were potato chips, and quite possibly tell you that you have gained weight since yesterday and should choose an apple. The app has 1.5 meter localization accuracy and is free on the App Store. The only downside to this app is that it takes up 7.1 megabytes on your iPhone, iPod or iPad. Also, this app is recently available with the Android. I think this app is going to help the blind community get closer to having a easier life!
